For HR & Organizations

Strengthening people, improving collaboration and shaping change responsibly

For HR professionals, leaders, teams and employees at sensitive people moments: during change processes, in challenging collaboration, around leadership questions and through professional transitions.

You are looking for external support for employees, leaders or teams because…

  • change, growth or new structures need orientation,
  • roles, responsibilities or interfaces are unclear,
  • communication, feedback or conflict is straining collaboration,
  • leaders need sparring in demanding situations,
  • dissatisfaction, frustration or overload is becoming visible in the team,
  • key people should be retained and developed further,
  • restructuring, reorganization or separation processes need to be accompanied professionally,
  • employees need support with reorientation, career development or outplacement.

My work combines systemic coaching, strategic sparring and an HRBP-adjacent perspective — with a view to people, roles, collaboration and organizational effectiveness.

Why organizations seek coaching & sparring

Organizations often seek external support not only when „something isn't working“, but at success-critical moments: when change is ahead, when effective collaboration is decisive, or when professional transitions are to be shaped professionally.

Typical situations include:

Change & growth

New structures, new roles, new responsibilities or transformations require orientation, communication and leadership strength.

Dissatisfaction & frustration of employees

When strain, conflict or a lack of perspective become tangible, coaching can help to clarify topics early and develop new options for action.

Retention & development of key people

Valuable assets are more likely to stay when they experience development, reflection and perspective — especially in demanding roles or phases of change.

Leadership in sensitive situations

Restructuring, conflicts, difficult conversations or separation processes require clarity, stance and a professional sparring space.

People & Change Cycle

Organizations develop effectively when people, roles and structures are shaped consciously. The People & Change Cycle shows three typical phases in which coaching, sparring and process support can help.

HRBP-adjacent support for people, leadership and change topics

As an external sparring partner, I support organizations at the intersection of people, leadership and organization.

This is not about classic HR administration, but about spaces for reflection, development and clarification of people topics with strategic relevance.

Possible occasions for working together:

  • People and leadership topics in change processes
  • Role clarity in growth, reorganization or new responsibility
  • Team dynamics, conflict and interface clarification
  • Leadership development and sparring for difficult conversations
  • Engagement, retention and binding of key people
  • Career development, internal mobility and reorientation
  • Outplacement and respectful support for professional transitions

The focus is on the question of how organizations can strengthen people, improve collaboration and shape change responsibly.

Practical examples & testimonials

Concrete examples from my clients

Concrete situations from my clients along the People & Change Cycle in which coaching, sparring and process support could help.

Context

When organizations grow, change or realign, new roles, expectations and responsibilities often arise. In this phase it is about creating orientation, consciously clarifying roles and supporting leaders, HR or employees in filling their new position in the system effectively.

Example from practice

Support for HR leaders and executives in a phase of growth and change. The focus was on role clarity, expectation management, communication with stakeholders and dealing with uncertainty in a dynamic organizational phase.

Approach

In the work together, we sorted responsibilities, made different expectations visible and prepared concrete communication situations. At the same time, it was about fulfilling leadership not only functionally, but also in a personally coherent way — with more clarity, security and inner orientation.

Outcomes

  • ·clearer role understanding in a phase of change
  • ·better placement of expectations and responsibilities
  • ·more secure communication with leadership, HR, team or stakeholders
  • ·more capacity to act despite uncertainty
  • ·more conscious handling of pressure and ambivalence

Mini impulse

Role clarity does not only mean knowing what is on the job description. It begins where expectations, responsibility and one's own stance are consciously connected.

Karen supported our change project with a high level of client orientation and a strong understanding of our organizational situation. She was able to quickly grasp our challenges and derive suitable impulses from them. Through her clear, appreciative communication and structured way of working, we quickly experienced her as a sparring partner at eye level. Karen works very reliably, proactively moves topics forward, and has a strong eye for quality. We particularly valued her ability to convey concepts clearly, respond to our needs, and quickly build trust even in remote collaboration.
